Lightweight porous building materials Aerated concrete bricks (Lightweight bricks)
Aerated concrete brick (lightweight brick) is a kind of light porous building material. It has the advantages of luminescence, heat preservation and non-combustion. Can be made into a variety of bricks, can be used in industrial buildings and general construction. They are becoming more and more popular in the world. In the future, they will completely replace clay bricks.
The autoclaved curing system of aerated block equipment is a specific control requirement of temperature and time for the full and effective curing of aerated block body. In order to achieve adequate and reasonable maintenance of the body in the production of aerating block equipment, so that the required strength of the aerating block equipment products can be obtained in a short period of time, and to avoid possible damage to the greatest extent, the following points must be done:
(1) Provide good heat carrier. For greater efficient heat exchange, the carrying of liquid water in the steam or the use of superheated steam should be avoided.
(2) To create a good heat exchange environment, a good heat exchange environment in addition to the closed autoclave, but also to discharge the remaining air in the free space in the kettle.
(3) the appropriate heating rate, the heating rate of the body depends on the degree of internal stress under the product. The body into the kettle with high strength, strong resistance to stress, heating up can be faster, otherwise it should be slower.
(4) Sufficient temperature and insulation time. This is to make the blank can fully complete the hydrothermal reaction in the curing stage, generate the necessary hydration products, so that the product has the physical and mechanical properties required by the actual use of the conditions.
(5) Reasonable cooling. Reasonable cooling is mainly to ensure that the internal stress in the cooling process will not cause damage to the products and the appropriate time to ensure the arrangement of production.
