Aerated concrete block production technology and raw materials

Aerated concrete can be produced by different processes according to the types of raw materials, quality and the process characteristics of the main equipment. But in general, the main process is divided into raw material preparation, hydraulic vibration forming, static stop, cutting, autoclave maintenance and kettle out and other processes.

The production of aerated concrete block will first of all siliceous materials such as sand, fly ash and so on for grinding, among them, according to the requirements of raw materials and technological characteristics, some take dry grinding powder, some add water wet grinding pulp, and some mixed grinding with part of lime and so on. There are two ways of mixed grinding: one is dry mixed grinding to prepare cementing material, the other is wet grinding with water, mainly to improve the characteristics of fly ash or sand, called hydrothermal ball grinding. Most of the lime purchased is in bulk, so the lime must also be crushed and milled. Gypsum is generally not ground alone, or mixed with fly ash grinding, or mixed with lime grinding, can also be used with lime wheel with a ball mill, other auxiliary materials and chemicals are often prepared and used. Raw material preparation process is the preparation process of ingredients, the reprocessing of raw materials in line with technological requirements and the storage and aging process before finishing ingredients. It is the most basic technological link that directly affects the whole production process smoothly and the product quality can meet the requirements.
