Characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete block

Autoclaved aerated concrete block is based on fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, slag as the main raw materials, adding the right amount of gas agent, regulator, bubble stabilizer, mixing ingredients, pouring, static stop, cutting and high pressure steam and other processes made of porous concrete products.

The unit volume weight of autoclaved aerated concrete block is one third of that of clay brick, its thermal insulation performance is 3-4 times that of clay brick, its sound insulation performance is 2 times that of clay brick, its impermeability is more than twice that of clay brick, and its fire resistance is 6-8 times that of reinforced concrete. The masonry strength of the block is about 80% of its own strength (red brick is 30%).

Autoclaved aerated concrete block construction characteristics are also very good, it can not only in the factory to produce a variety of specifications, but also like wood sawing, planing, drilling, nail, and because of its relatively large volume, so the construction speed is relatively fast, can be used as a general building filler material.
