Ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials,  black non-ferrous metal processing and glass ceramics and other production industries.

Introduction

Main uses of ball mill: the ball mill is used to grind various kinds of ores and other materials, which is widely used in various sectors of national economy such as mineral processing, construction and chemical industry. It is used for dry or wet ball grinding of various ores and other materials.

Dry ball mill is used to grind lime block into lime powder. The lime powder is used for producing the AAC block or lime-sand brick.

Wet ball mill is used to grind sand into mortar. It can add the water and material together. The mortar is used for producing the AAC block.

 

Product features:

1. The ball mill is driven by rolling bearing instead of sliding bearing, which greatly reduces the friction force, makes it easier to start and significantly saves energy.

2. The cone design is adopted at the discharging end, which not only increases the volume, but also forces the steel ball at the cone end to be graded. The closer it is to the outlet, the smaller the ball diameter is, increasing the effect of repeated grinding and further improving the fineness of the material.

3. It adopts groove ring liner, which increases the contact surface of ball ore, strengthens the grinding effect, improves the ore capacity and reduces the power.

4. It adopts an integral frame to facilitate civil construction and equipment installation.
