*Abundant sources of raw materials: Foam bricks are made of fly ash, slag, sand aeolian sand, mineral powder, stone powder with low soil content and tailing sand, etc., as the main raw materials(with any one of them).

*Rich technical content: The blowing agent is made up of several easy-to-buy raw materials. With the addition of the enhancer, the cement dosage is greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the strength of the autoclaved aerator is achieved.

*Simple and easy-to-operate process: Foaming agent and reinforcing agent are adopted to polymerize cement, fly ash, sand and other materials. Though physical aeration, special equipment and mold are used for molding. Autoclave curing is not required.

*Low requirement of production condition: Simple sheds can be used as workshop, open storage of products, no warehouse, the quality of workers is not high.
