Introduction

1、Raw material:

Cement, stone powder, rice stone, pigment

Cement: Cement is divided into white cement and grey cement. Grey cement is mainly used to make darker colored gray or black bricks, as well as the bottom layer of double-layer PC bricks. White cement is used on the surface of brightly colored PC bricks and double-layer PC bricks.

Stone powder: As the base material of PC bricks, stone powder reacts with cement to enhance the density and strength of PC bricks. Stone powder is divided into three types: colored, white, and gray. The surface layer is white or colored, and the bottom layer is gray to reduce costs.

Mishi: As an aggregate for PC bricks, Mishi can enhance the strength of PC bricks and also modify the surface of the bricks. Appropriate large particle Mishi has a great effect on the appearance of PC bricks.

Note: Resin and other additives are not allowed in the raw materials. Brightening agents should be added appropriately to enhance the later polishing treatment. When the temperature is low (below 5 degrees), early strength agents can be added appropriately to improve the strength of PC bricks. When the temperature is below 0 degrees, it is recommended to stop production.

2、Equipment operation process:

Raw materials - lifting mixing - conveying to quantitative feeder - quantitative feeding - brick pressing - mold release - stacking and curing (watering and curing for 5-9 days)- Grinding tiles (polished or lychee surface) - Finished products - For sale

3.1、Brick press：

The brick press requires a length of 8 meters and a width of 6 meters for placing equipment and workers' operations. The brick press and linear grinding machine need to leave a distance of more than 10 meters. It is recommended that the workshop area be over 300 square meters, with a width of more than 10 meters and a length of more than 20 meters. When the workshop area is over 500 square meters, the bricks produced on the same day can be placed in the workshop (they can also be produced on rainy days). If the area is less than 500 square meters, they need to be transferred to the maintenance site for placement (when production cannot be carried out on rainy days and the temperature is high, grass mats need to be used to cover the surface of the bricks to prevent cracking). The factory yard area is over 600 square meters.

3.2、Brick Grinding Machine：

The length of the brick grinder is 13 meters (including front conveyor, brick grinder, and rear conveyor), and the operating width is 2 meters. During the brick grinding operation, there is wastewater discharge, and a discharge pool needs to be made near the brick grinder to achieve water circulation. The specific construction is to build a partition wall in the middle with a length of 3 meters and a width of 1.5 meters.

Electricity: The total power of the brick press is 22.5KW, and the power of the brick mill is 33KW
