Aac Production line Grouping and Autoclaving Section

The demolded concrete blocks are placed in the autoclave trolley with the use of lifting appliances. The autoclave trolley and concrete blocks are transferred to the transfer trolley using the friction drive wheel. The transfer trolley then conveys the concrete blocks to the concrete curing autoclave. The whole process is automatically controlled, though it can be designed with manual control in order to meet client requirements.

The concrete blocks for autoclaving are placed in a row using chain pullers, and are then conveyed to the concrete curing autoclave for autoclaving after meeting the requirements for temperatures (45℃-55℃).
