Why does the material of aerated block equipment need to be finely ground?
In the long-term research and operation of AAC equipment, technicians have realized that regardless of AAC equipment, siliceous materials and calcium materials need to be suitable for fine grinding. This ensures that the materials can be mixed evenly, that the slurry has a satisfactory crispness, and that there is sufficient expansion to facilitate the smooth formation of gas. So why does the material need to be finely ground for the following reasons:
(1)The material has high fineness and large contact area between each other. It speeds up the chemical reactions in the autoclaving process.
(2) When grinding siliceous data, the particle surface is not formed, and the dissolution rate and solubility during autoclaving can be improved, and the composition of hydration products can be accelerated.
